SEFA at COP27

our programme at COP27

We welcome you to join our side event on Energy Day, the 15th of November, at the 2022 UN Climate Change Conference COP27, hosted by Egypt in Sharm el-Sheikh from 6 – 18 November 2022. The event's key objective is to spark a discussion about the urgency to accelerate renewable energy for Africa's socio-economic development. It will also showcase how Africa's energy transition can deliver significant climate benefits across many sectors by positioning Africa as a global powerhouse of renewable energy and decentralised technologies. In Sharm el-Sheikh, we will host the SEFA event at the MDB Pavillion in the Blue Zone. Online streaming will be available. The time is EET (GMT +2).
