  • Kikagati Hydropower Project

    Inaugurated in September 2022, the Kikagati project - a 16MW run-of-river powerhouse along the Kagera River - now illuminates both Tanzania and Uganda. More than just a joint venture of two nations under SEFA's Africa Renewable Energy Fund, it's a beacon of regional collaboration.
